Fixety is an AI-powered IT helpdesk that doesn't just track tickets — it fixes them. We're building intelligent ticket intake combined with endpoint automation to eliminate repetitive L1/L2 work for small IT teams and MSPs.

What We're Building

Fixety will combine AI intelligence with real endpoint automation — not just chatbot replies, but actual fixes.

AI Ticket Intake

Tickets come in via email, portal, or chat. AI reads, classifies, and extracts what's actually wrong — no more back-and-forth asking users for details.

Endpoint Agent

A lightweight agent on each device collects logs, metrics, and system state. When AI knows the fix, the agent executes it — password resets, cache clears, disk cleanup, service restarts.

Approval-Based Automation

First time AI proposes a fix, you approve it. If it works, you can auto-approve that fix for future similar tickets. You stay in control while building a library of trusted automations.

Self-Updating Knowledge Base

Every resolved ticket becomes documentation. AI writes up what happened and how it was fixed. Your knowledge base grows automatically.
